No, Springfield College is more expensive than Heidelberg University.

Both University of Gottingen and RWTH Aachen University offer M.A. Program with several courses. These courses are taught in German language itself and IELTS test scores are majorly accepted as part of the English Language Test. There is no tuition fee applied for the program.
