For the bachelor’s degree (with Hochschulstart), the applicants can expect THI to give the letter of refusal and rejection by the End of August for the Winter terms or February for Summer terms. For the bachelor’s courses (without Hochschulstart), the admission decision will be announced as follows:

  • If applied for Summer Term: Beginning to Mid Feb
  • If applied for Winter Term: Beginning to Mid Aug

In the case of master’s courses, the admission decision could be announced in the following timeline:

Though there is no tuition fee at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, students are required to pay the semester and student union fee. The Student Union fee is Euro 67 per semester, when enrolling and re-registering for each semester. For Winter semester, the semester fee is Euro 500 per semester. Apart from this, the applicants are also required to pay the living expenses and the cost of living in Germany is around €850 per month. The accommodation will be around €350 - €500 per month.
