Hi Srihari, the program you are looking for is mainly offered under Civil Engineering. Nevertheless HTW Berlin - University of Applied Sciences offers a MS in Construction Management. Take a look on the university site or daad website if it interests you. You can also consider Deggendorf Institute of Technology, TU Dresden and Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences.

Hi Sourbh, differs as per qualification and which country you want to work in. If you are planning to work in Germany, average salary is around the average pay for a mechanical Engineer is €40,000 per year. This might be less if for most fresher UG level jobs. Hope it helps.

Hi
Automobile designing is different from engineering and the degree courses in india for the same are very few. You will get all info related to it here:
http://ecampus.ltindia.com/Career_Guidance/Unconventional Courses/R-Unconventional Courses-Automobile Designing .htm
For germany and usa both, you need to score 80% above in 12th to pursue b.tech preferably. Check here

Hi Rakesh,
University of Stuttgart, TU Darmstadt, Munich University of Applied Science, FH Aachen, TU Braunswick and Bremen University of Applied Science are some of the best. You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.
