To get admission in IITs you need to clear JEE Advanced with a great score. With JEE Mains, you can apply for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JOSAA counseling.

You may check DAAD India website to apply to TUM. You can also visit university ASSIST portal to apply to TUM and other German universities.

Clemson
University of Delaware, Newark
University of Iowa
Georgia state university, Atlanta
Washington State University, Pullman
Mississippi State University, Starkville
George Washington University, Washington DC
Lehigh university, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
They are good universities, you can look for last year cut-off and try according to it.

MCA degree is conferred by Indian universities. In Germany and other countries it will have a different terminology such as MS Applied Computing, MS Computer Science and so on. See here for top colleges

Hi,
I don't think MBA courses are free, they are the most expensive ones even in Germany. Even in national universities you have to pay something. So, it is not absolutely free. Check Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Humboldt University of Berlin, etc.
