You must take the IELTS also. Prepare a very strong SOP. Your research work, project work, patent, LORs, etc., will be evaluated.

Since RWTH Aachen is one of the most competitive universities, you are expected to have at least 80% in your Bachelor's degree. No GRE or GMAT is required. Overall, you will require a research oriented profile. For fee and other requirements please check the university website and also the DAAD website.
