Goa University BSc seat reservation is based on the reservation policy of the Goa State Government. Given below is the Goa University BSc seat reservation policy:
- 1% of total seats shall be reserved for Children of Ex-servicemen
- 2% of seats, subject to a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for the SC category candidates of Goa State
- 5% of total seats, subject to a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for PwD candidates
- 10% of seats, subject to a maximum of two seats and a minimum of one seat, shall be reserved for candidates of the other Indian Universities
- 10% of total seats shall be reserved for the EWS candidates of the Un

Goa University offers the Merit Scholarship to BSc programme students. The University also offers the Free Studentship, Student Aid Fund, Research Studentship and, earn while you learn scheme in addition to scholarships from Government and Non-Government agencies. The scholarships offered by the Government/ Institution are as follows:
