I would recommend you to opt for JIMS-Rohini, as it is the best institute in the list mentioned by you. The faculty here is very supportive as well as hard working.

Dear Afroz,
Certain things you should to know about that.
1) These are the government agencies, hence direct recruitment is not possible. Becoming an agent is a promotion and majorly that's their own criteria.
(2) If you look at their website for the same, they pick their officials from the Army (and commandos) by checking their performance.
(3) As per their website, you need to be among top 10% of UPSE candidates.
That's it. They don't much reveal about the selection procedures. It's all hidden and random.

ITS CU has the opportunities in terms of placements, infrastructure, academic curriculum are better. Also, the number of seats are only 80 in CU, and the admission is through clearance of NATA exam or B. planning exam.
