There are no minimum marks required. Every year after 12th results are declared application forms are available and few days l after the application forms are closed, 1 or 2 cutoff list is.

NIFT Gandhinagar Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech) programmes admission is granted on the basis of a valid score in GAT, followed by a GD/ PI round. For admission to NIFT Gandhinagar Continuing Education (CE) programme, admission is based on the merit obtained in the previous qualifying exams. A total of 15% and 7.5% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, respectively.

To apply for the MFM programme, candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or must have passed an undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT/ NID. Admission to all the programmes is based on a valid score obtained in NIFT Entrance Exam, which is divided into three parts, Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and Situation Test (SAT)/ Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/ PI) round.
