BIT Ranchi, UPES Dehradun & SPA Delhi are top most colleges for M.plan in Transportation Planning. Admissions are open in UPES and its M.plan interviews are scheduled on 6th June. You should definitely apply for it as industrial exposure is very good there. You would get opportunities to work on 'live' projects with public and private organizations which can enhance your learning in the domain .For the rest of two institutes I'm not aware about the dates.
