In Kolkata, there are two reputable hospitality management schools: the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) and the International School of Hospitality Management (ISHM). For accreditation, NAAC gave the college an "A+" rating. SRCC is ranked 11 by NIRF 2023 under the Colleges category, one by Outlook 2023.
Elphinstone College Mumbai, Maharashtra has 15th NIRF ranking. Elphinstone College has not released the 2023 placement statistics as of now. Popular recruiters participated during Elphinstone College placement include Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Akademia, etc. Elphinstone College is under Dr. Homi Baba University. The university offers five undergraduate degree programmes: B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural, B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural Integrated, B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, and B.Tech. For B.Sc. (Hons) student must have at least 50% marks in 12th class in agriculture stream or with physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics as subjects. For B.Sc, students must have 50% marks in Class 12th standard or equivalent with science/home Science as a subject. For B.Tech, HSC or its equivalent from a recognised board is required.
