For accreditation, NAAC gave the college an "A+" rating. SRCC is ranked 11 by NIRF 2023 under the Colleges category, one by Outlook 2023.
Elphinstone College Mumbai, Maharashtra has 15th NIRF ranking. Elphinstone College has not released the 2023 placement statistics as of now. Popular recruiters participated during Elphinstone College placement include Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Akademia, etc. Elphinstone College is under Dr. Homi Baba University. Above 50% of students get placed in the bachelor's of commerce course. So, there is not much difference.

The university offers five undergraduate degree programmes: B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural, B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural Integrated, B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, and B.Tech.
