A candidate is eligible for admission to MBA programme if he/ she has passed the Bachelor's degree from recognised University by securing 50% in the qualifying examination.The candidate must have qualified National Level Test like at, MAT, AICTE etc. or common Entrance Test conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University.The admission is done on the basis of merit depending on availability of seats in the institution.

The admission to M.B.A. degree course shall be made in the order of merit of Valid Score of National Level Tests CAT, CMAT, MAT etc. respectively. In case the seats remain vacant after exhausting the merit of National Level Tests, the same shall be filled up on the basis of merit of HPCET-2021.began my HPU MBA journey during the middle of my career, and it has been one of the best decisions that I have made. Seats will be filled on the basis of scores of national level entrance test first, next on the basis of HPCET scores and if the seats still remain vacant, then on the basis of marks of the qualifying exam.The university conducts HPCET for admission to its various programmes. Himachal Pradesh Technical University accepts the scores of JEE Main, GATE, GPAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT and other national-level management exams. The total number of faculty members in the university is 2.

Placements: 75 percent of the students were placed in our college. The highest package offered was 3.27 LPA and the lowest was 2.35 LPA. Cipla is the top recruiting company for our course.The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.3 LPA. Most students were placed in Capgemini and Wipro. Capgemini, Wipro, and Infosys etc., are the top recruiters.
