As per the latest reports, a total of 135 recruiters participated in the placement process 2025 and presented over 546 job offers to the students of the batch 2025 till April 30, 2025. Out of the total 546 offers, 502 jobs were offered to UG students and 44 to PG students of the Class 2025. The total number of offers provided during IIEST Shibpur placements between 2024 and 2025 are also tabulated below:

The IIEST Shibpur average package offered during the 2024 placement drive is yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated on this page. However, the median package offered during the 2024 placement drive is available in the NIRF report 2025. The placements are going on for the academic year 2024-2025. As on June 30, 2025, the highest package offered during IIEST Shibpur placements 2025 stood at INR 56 LPA. Earlier, the highest packages offered during IIEST Shibpur placements in 2024 were INR 39.31 LPA. The IIEST Shibour highest package offered between 2023 and 2025 is presented below:

So the college is ranked among the top colleges in India. IIEST Shibpur has been ranked under multiple streams, namely Engineering, Architecture, Management, and others. The college is ranked six by NIRF 2022 for Architecture, 40 for Research and Engineering, and 66 for Overall.
