The faculties for B.Tech programs are not particularly great. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the evaluation of exam papers, as it often feels like the grading process is not carried out meticulously, leading to potential inconsistencies and unfairness in the assessment of students' performance. Furthermore, one area that needs improvement is the syllabus, which is somewhat outdated. The content and curriculum of some courses do not keep pace with the rapidly evolving industry standards and technological advancements. The mess food is decent but not particularly outstanding, the mess bill for a month is around 1700/- and they will provide non-veg twice a week. While it may not be the best, it is still acceptable. However, if you're looking for more diverse and potentially tastier meals, I would suggest considering joining a mess located outside of the campus. There are several good food messes in the surrounding campus area that offer a wider range of options and are generally well-regarded by students. Exploring these external messes might provide you with a more enjoyable dining experience during your time at the university.

An annual Sahara scholarship scheme of Rs. 1 Crore to be given out as scholarships per annum to NCC cadets has been instituted by the Sahara Group.
1- JD and JW INR 6,000
2- SD and SW INR 12,000
3- Professional INR 6,000
However, 5 percent bonus marks given to SC/ST/OBC candidates.
