Yes, as an SC candidate with JEE main rank of 33513, you have a good chance of securing a seat in NIT Agartala, especially in certain branches and under the home state or all India quota.

With 73 percentile (SC), you can qualify JEE Main B.Arch, but for NIT Jaipur or Bhopal, seats usually need higher percentile. Last year SC closing ranks were much better than 73%. So chances are very low.

Yes, you can join NSUT for engineering even after a 4-year gap after 12th. You just need a valid JEE Main score. During admission, they may ask for a simple gap certificate explaining the break, which you can easily get from a notary.

Yes, NIOS is accepted for BCA in GGDSD College, Chandigarh. If you passed 12th from NIOS with 50% marks and had Maths in 10th or 12th, you can apply. Admission is just on merit, no entrance exam needed.

College transfer process generally includes:

  1. Submit a transfer request to your current college principal.
  2. Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current and desired colleges.
  3. Confirm seat availability in the new college.
  4. Once approved, current college relieves you, and new college admits you.
  5. Complete formalities and pay fees if applicable.

Yes, But you will not eligible for the reservation for home state  students.Because the reservation is for the students who studied 11th and 12th in the state where the NIT is situated. The 50% seats are filled through home state quota. The remaining 50% is filled with the students from other states. You can get an admission if you had scored an eligible score in JEE.
