A CMAT score of 84.57% opens doors to many respectable universities, but it does not ensure admission to the most competitive government MBA programs. CMAT scores are accepted at many government colleges, including IITs and NITs, and the 84.57 percentile is within a range where you have a strong chance of being shortlisted for several of them.

Even though many universities claim 100% placement, it is important to question them. IIMs, IITs and some NITs are some reputed universities with outstanding placement rates. A general 100% placement guarantee for all universities must be handled carefully, however, there are many important ideas, including students qualification, expertise and real job preparation.

For elite branches like CSE or ECE, which often demand 192+ marks. Entrance to SSN college through TNEA is unlikely due to cutoff of 176.5 and BC category. Later counselling rounds, however, can provide you a shot in branches with less demand. Have backup on hand.

Admission to VJIT is tiresome, but with 80 percentile in JEE Mains and OBC-NCL category, it is not impossible to get a seat. A rank in your percentile is about between 2,17,000 and 2,40,000. It may be that some private institutions, such as VJIT, consider this rank suitable, while on the other hand, it may not be the best for top IITs and NITs.

No, SSBS does not permit direct admission for M.Sc biotechnology program. Merit based admission is determined by a personal interaction interview and an eligibility check. Indian students are not subject to a management quota. Only NRI, PIO and OCI candidates are eligible to apply under a different quota with certain requirements for documents.
