Pratibha Institute of Business Management MBA curriculum usually begins in second week of September every year. An orientation programme is planned for candidates of first semester during this time to familiarise them with key faculties.

To apply for admissions, students have to register for the entrance exam first (if applicable). In some courses, students can take direct merit based admissions. In both cases, students have to apply for the counselling process on official university website. The university releases merit list. Selected students may have to pay some fees to confirm admissions.

Registrations for CUET exam for BA admissions start from January. Students can apply for counselling on the official institute website from second week of July. The first merit list is released in last week of July by the university.

Pratibha Institute of Business Management MBA admission is currently open for academic year 2026. Candidates who have received their UG passing degree can apply by going to institute's admission portal.
However, DTE Maharashtra can allow candidates to apply for admissions before receiving their UG level degree.

No, CAT is not a mandatory entrance exam for MBA admissions at Pratibha Institute of Business Management. Candidates who want to apply for MBA courses cal also appear for MH -CET, XAT, MAT, GMAT and CMAT. However, appearing in any one of these exams is a mandatory requirement for MBA at Pratibha Institute of Business Management.
