The total cost can vary depending on the B.Tech specialisation, hostel type and other applicable charges. As a rough estimate, keeping a budget of around ₹10–14 lakh for four years could cover tuition, hostel, examination and other regular university fees. Food, transport, personal expenses and optional activities may be additional.
I'd recommend checking the latest fee structure for your specific B.Tech programme, as fees can change each academic year. Looking at the complete four-year cost gives a clearer idea of the overall budget rather than considering tuition alone.

It is fairly easy, as students can connect through clubs, faculty guidance, workshops, and group projects to find teammates or mentors from other branches.

Galgotias University gives students a good amount of practical exposure, especially through lab sessions, mini projects, and subject-based practical work. Instead of only studying concepts from books, students get chances to apply them using programming tools, software, and real project work. Industry-oriented projects also help students understand how actual problems are solved in companies.

Between Galgotias University and Chandigarh University, I would personally prefer Galgotias for CSE. One big advantage is its location in Greater Noida, close to Delhi-NCR, where students can get good exposure to internships, tech events, hackathons, and companies. The university also gives plenty of opportunities, but you have to actively work on coding, projects, and skills to make the most of them.

For CSE students, this can mean working on real-world projects, modern technologies, hackathons and industry-oriented labs alongside regular classes.
