It may be difficult for Indian students to get admission to Dublin City University UG programme with 63% marks in high school. Students must have at least 80% in Standard XII Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or Council for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE).

International students must meet the minimum Dublin City University IELTS requirements to get admission. The IELTS score for UG and PG admission is 6.5 or above with no less than 6.0 in any one component. The table below includes the IELTS score for DCU admission:

Dublin City University admissions are moderately competitive for International because of the DCU acceptance rate. Dublin City University acceptance rate is around 52%, which means out of 100 applicants only 52 get offers. Therefore, admissions at the university is slightly difficult. 

There is no particular date to receive an admission decision. But it could take a few weeks before the decision is made.

International students may submit their SAT/ACT score for consideration during the evaluation process. However, some graduate programs do require GMAT/GRE score for admission. Program requirement may differ for prospective students.

International students are required to appear for English Language proficiency test such as IELTS. The required band is 7.0. However, Students can also give TOEFL or Duolingo for the same.
