Trinity College Dublin #201 in 2025. It ranked at the same position in the previous year. Note that in 2022, the university has a better position in Shanghai rankings.
In 2023, the TCD rankings were also the same standing at #201. Look at the subjects of the university that also ranked in ARWU rankings -

Yes, for the year 2025 TCD ranks better than the University of Limerick in the Global Universities category ranking by U.S. News & World Report.
Trinity College Dublin ranks at #207 and the University of Limerick ranks at #989. It means the TCD is far aheah of the Limerick University.
