For Ireland, the university will share a questionnaire with the recommender who will have it to fill it on your behalf. This is supposed to be confidential, and hence, the institutions will directly contact the recommender. In another case, if an LOR has to be in a letter format, the focus should be on highlighting the qualities that are relevant for your proposed program. The introduction should have complete details about the recommender, their nature of association with you and duration. Further, they should write three or four instances demonstrating your technical and personal qualities that make you worthy of pursuing higher stud

You must choose your recommender carefully. He must be someone who has known you closely and can comment on your strengths, abilities, and potential. He could be your professor/ manager/ supervisor, team lead, or someone who has authority over you. He should have known you long enough. You must speak with your recommender beforehand. Also, make sure that your recommender likes you so that he says good things about you.

There are around 20 universities in Ireland where first-year tuition fees is under INR 10 L. IBAT College Dublin is the only college in the country, which is free for international students. The below table includes the list of the cheapest university in Ireland:

No, applicants cannot apply to University College Dublin without IELTS. One of the admission requirements to study at University College Dublin is meeting the English language requirements. International students can submit IELTS / TOEFL / PTE scores as proof of English language proficiency. Also, note that Conestoga College will accept Duolingo test scores as proof of English proficiency for the Fall 2024 intake.

Griffith College does not charge an application fee for candidates who apply directly to programs.
Such applications are not limited to honours and postgraduate degrees (some exceptions may apply), higher-degree research, single course studies, and cross-institution studies. For these direct application processes, no application fees apply.
Fees may, however, accrue to applicants for additional criteria evaluation such as the submission of a portfolio. Specific fees for these processes are available in the Degree Finder on Griffith University's website.

Indeed, a graduate in MEng in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Dublin City University (DCU) should be valid in India as DCU is a recognised and accredited institution. Yet, to work or for further studies in India, you may have to establish equivalence of your degree with AIU, which assesses foreign degrees for recognition. Government and Higher Education- For government jobs or for higher education, it would be better to check what the concerned institutions or organizations require.
