Hi,
After your Diploma, you can go for B.Tech Lateral Entry in any of the streams. It will be of 3 Years rather then normal B.Tech which is of 4 years. It means you can straight way enroll into 2nd year of your Bachelor's degree.
So you can select any branch of engineering depending upon your interest among CSE, Mechanical, electrical, Civil, Aerospace, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering or any other.
Therefore I would like to mention that there are few known private institutions like:

The division of your final marks are as such:
40%- 12 class Marks
40%- Entrance Examination Marks
20%- Personal Interview (which is not much, they will ask you the basic questions about Banasthali and is you are willing to follow their rules and regulations)
If you get the calling letter, then don't fuss too much on the Personal Interview. It is a process to make you familiar with the university.
Hope my answer was what you desired.
Tell me if this helps :)
