First of all, if you want to become a biotech engineer, you have to do B.Tech with biotechnology.
And Banasthali offers B.Tech biotechnology to PCMB students.
So, I think you can't take B.Tech biotechnology from Banasthali. You can try for any other college for B.Tech biotechnology.

There are many colleges in Bangalore which give admission in BCA even if you have not taken computer science or math in 12th.

Placements for B.Sc in IT from Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University are not that great. I would recommend you join some other better college.
To know the exact scenario for faculty and placements get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

It will depend on cutoff for this year but for an idea, you can go through the previous year's cutoff. You may get branch according to your interest in Manipal University.
According to last year cutoff you may get admission in manipal university you can try.
