Hi Divyam,
We often come across this question and we advise students to connect with the universities and colleges in Canada directly, simply because the admission rules and regulations of every colleges vary greatly. NIOS is recognized in India and should be recognized by foreign colleges. But, we cannot generalize it's acceptance since the requirements are different. Some colleges may accept, some will not. You may have to take some pre requisite courses or an assessment of your qualification will be done by the college first. Hence, you are advised to contact the colleges, email them and they will respond.
