It depends on you, in which stream your interest lies.
If you want to do computer science, then go for LNMIIT, but it is a private college.
I can't compare LNMIIT with the other two government college DTU and NSIT.
However, if you choose one between NSIT and DTU, then I would recommend DTU PIE is best in all terms from faculties to placement, ICE of NSIT is new branch, you can expect good placement opportunities in upcoming years.

Your rank will secure you a good branch in both colleges. What BIT Jaipur lacks for in terms of infrastructure, it makes up for with it's faculty and placement record. LNMIIT has a vast infrastructure and facilities. Again, this is a debatable topic and it wouldn't do any harm if you discuss the quality of education there with some current undergrad. In the end, it all comes down to what and how you are taught.

Manipal University Jaipur belongs to the Manipal group of institutions which has been producing great leaders like Satya Nadella,RajivSuri, Anant Taulicer,etc.Manipal has experience in education field since 60 years which is quite high .that it has got a high class infrastructure,highly experienced faculty from institutions like BITS, IIT and NITs.Here in MUJ the student teacher relationship is very nice. The teacher works hard to clear the doubts of each and every students in the class in MUJ. teachers are permanent here with majority holding a doctorate degree in their respective fields.
