Yes, you can apply, even NIOS board certificate is eligible for further education in any of the universities or you can also apply for government jobs. You need to check the admission cutoff for particular programme which you want to pursue.

Hello Amit,
Admissions in MNIT Jaipur are based on JEE Mains. So, score at least 75% in your diploma that is considered equivalent to 12th, study and score good marks in JEE Mains so that you get NIT of your choice.
