Yes, MSc at Stella Maris College can ve considered a better option than MSC at Central University of Jharkhand. Central University of Jharkhand's MSc course has been rated 3.2 out of 5 based on their placements, faculty, course curriculum, infrastructure, etc., while  Stella Maris College's MSc course has been rated 4.6 out 5 based on the same.

Yes, Stella Maris College can be considered a bit more expensive than Central University of Jharkhand. However, their fees do not vary that much. SC candidates must have at least 75% in their 12th-grade board exams, along with the qualification of JEE Main and Advanced scores, to be eligible for admission to IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. With a score of 69%, you do not qualify for B.Tech courses. You can consider state engineering colleges or private colleges, which have lower cutoff requirements.
