SC candidates must have at least 75% in their 12th-grade board exams, along with the qualification of JEE Main and Advanced scores, to be eligible for admission to IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. With a score of 69%, you do not qualify for B.Tech courses. You can consider state engineering colleges or private colleges, which have lower cutoff requirements.
