No, there is no direct admission to B.Tech at BIT Sindri Dhanbad. Admission is determined by your performance in the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main), followed by counselling through the Joint Entrance Committee - Jharkhand Engineering Colleges Entrance (JCECE).

Normally, this is done after the physical reporting of students admitted in BIT Deoghar for a new academic year 2024-25, which normally is done then followed by counseling and seat allocation. Physically, this may be done in most institutions in August or September of each year. It's the stage where the new students confirm that they have enrolled in that specific institution.

Actual process for the admission into BIT Sindri is through state entrance exam but one can also take direct admission for B.Tech in CSE department in BIT Sindri through management quota .

Applicants are advised to be careful while filling application form of Jharkhand ANM/GNM 2025. Though if students make any mistake or fill any details incorrect then they will be allowed to make correction in application form from July 11 to July 12, 2025, after application process concludes.

Central University of Jharkhand is a public/ government university. Hence, the total tuition fee is not very high. For students finding the fee high, scholarships are available. CUJ, through 25 departments and 9 schools of study, offers UG, PG, and PhD programmes to students. These courses are provided across Engineering, Life Sciences, Mass Communication, and various other streams.

Central University of Jharkhand ROI is quite decent. As per the Shiksha verified review, the university has received a rating of 3.8/5 for Value for Money. The placements are decent and over the years the university has seen a rise. Hence, Central University of Jharkhand is worth the competition.

IIT Dhanbad JEE Advanced Cutoff 2024 was concluded after the last round of cutoff. The cutoff ranks for the General All India category candidates was ranged between 3846 and 15321. The closing cutoff rank for BTech (Hons) CSE was 3846 in 2024, 3258 in 2023 and 3009 in 2022; which shows that the cutoff witnessed an improving trend for the course. For most of the courses, there was a fluctuating trend for during the past few years. IIT Dhanbad JEE Advanced Cutoff was released based on the category and gender. For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranks ranged between 3846 and 15321. To get B.Tech. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering, the General AI category candidates must have secured a minimum cutoff rank of 9875. For the General AI female candidates, the minimum JEE Advanced rank to get Mechanical Engineering was 19099. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff rank for Mechanical closed at 7762.
