Yes, the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offered at XLRI Jamshedpur is recognised as equivalent to the PhD course of an Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is a full-time, residential doctoral course offering studies in different fields of management and functional areas. XLRI FPM admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in several national-level entrance exams. 

Candidates who have completed BE/BTech degree or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education can apply for FPM. Yes, admission to BTech courses at IIT Dhanbad is only through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Candidates seeking admission must pass JEE Main, students selected further need to take JEE Advanced. Based on the score secured in JEE Advanced, students are called for JoSAA Counselling. Aspirants are offered seat based on their rank. JoSAA releases a cutoffs round-wise for students.
