Out of 330 BSc/ BTech graduates 27 were placed during 2022 placements. Further, 4 BCVSc and 30 PG (2-year) students were placed in the 2022 drive. When comparing the data from 2020 to 2022, a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of students placed in all the UG and PG courses offered at the University. For a detailed analysis refer to the below table representing the Birsa Agricultural University placement trends:

The official placement report has not been disclosed as of now. As per the details fetched from the NIRF report, 31 UG and 30 PG students were placed during the 2022 drive. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students was the highest and the amount stood at INR 8.09 LPA. Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur fees for Ex-FPM course is INR 7.5 lakh. For a detailed fee structure of the course, candidates are advised to contact the admission department of XLRI.

Apart from a full-time residential FPM course, XLRI also offers an Executive Fellow Programme in Management (Ex-FPM), a non-residential doctoral course. The course duration of both FPM and Ex-FPM is four years. XLRI admission to both these courses is based on valid XAT/UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores.

Candidates with BE / BTech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education, Class 12 or equivalent, followed by at least 2 years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply for XLRI FPM course. Admission to the FPM course is based on valid XAT/UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores.
