Candidates need to appear for IPMAT to get admission to the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) of IIM Ranchi.
The selection for the Integrated IPM at IIM Ranchi will rely on the Aptitude Test [IPMAT-Indore], Personal Interview (PI), and the academic background of candidates. The PI will be conducted by IIM Ranchi.
To be considered for the IPM programme at IIM Ranchi, all applicants must complete an online application form on the IIM Ranchi website, which will be utilized for additional assessment.

The interview process of IIM Ranchi is held under CAP (common admission process). The candidates who qualify for CAT are further invited to the personal interview round. The PI is conducted virtually and exact dates and information for the same is communicated to the shortlisted candidates in due course. The personal interview round is conducted to assess the candidate's leadership skills, subject knowledge, problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

The IIM Ranchi MBA Cutoff 2023 was 92 percentile for the General Category, with sectional cutoffs of 70 percentile each.

Sure, a candidate can get admission to IIM Ranchi without CAT as long as he or she doesn't want to pursue MBA. IIM Ranchi course admissions are entrance-based. For admission to the MBA course the college accepts only CAT score, but for other courses the institute accepts GMAT/ GRE/ IPMAT etc.
Only for admission to the Executive MBA course, the aspirants are required to appear just for the personal interview round.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 5111 and closing rank was 5492. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 9719 and 10371. Admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIT Dhanbad (ISM) - Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
