Hi, according to my point of view NITs are the best government colleges in India.
NIT, Jamshedpur you can choose. It has a great environment. A good to go sized campus, and in the vicinity of the market place. Co-operative people, great security and greenery all around. Experienced professors: In core branches like mechanical and civil we have some really experienced professors. With teaching experience more than probably your age.
Great Hostels: NIT Jamshedpur has one of the best hostel facilities in the country. Two mega hostels, with an accommodation of 1500 students (two buildings, 7 storey). Almost throughout your stay at NIT Jams

Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. If you fulfill the percentage, then you are eligible for this course.

There are only 2 quota systems. Home state and other state quota. If you are from Madhya Pradesh then the quota system for you would only be available in colleges in Madhya Pradesh.

With 77 percentile, you cannot get call from any IIM, so there is no use to apply for IIMs.
If you want MBA from private college, then you should apply.
