Changing private engineering colleges midway is not that simple. You will have to check if migrations are provided in both the colleges. Only after this can you apply.

Minimum qualifying CAT 2018 overall percentile is 80. Minimum qualifying CAT 2018 sectional percentile in each of the 3 sections is 70. Above 90% marks in Class 10th will get you to top rating of 10 (Rating score A) irrespective of your stream. Top rating of 10 (Rating score B) for Class 12th will vary.

Hi,
80+ Percentile in CAT is preferred there, and also good academic records with a minimum of 50%. If your dream is to take admission in ISM Dhanbad, then you require a minimum 80-85 percentile in CAT. Good luck.
