IIT Kanpur cutoff 2023 was 6116 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Civil Engineering. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 12621 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant. 

IIT Kanpur admissions 2024 are based on JEE Main 2024 ranks followed by JEE Advanced ranks and further followed by JoSAA Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to IIT Kanpur BTech  course must appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced in order to be eligible for further admission process.

IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The JEE Advanced score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

IIT Kanpur cutoff 2023 ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur other than General category are mentioned below: 

  • 146 for OBC
  • 77 for SC
  • 41 for ST
  • 47 for EWS
  • 13 for PWD

While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 215 and closing rank was 238. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 146 and 610. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Applicants to Rama University Kanpur's BBA program are admitted entirely via entrance exams. Candidates must qualify for the CUET UG entrance exam . They must also have a minimum eligible score in Class XII which is at least 50%. The final selection process then ends with admission counselling.

The registration fee for BBA at the time of admission at Rama University is Rs 6000, and the exam fee is Rs 3,500 each semester.

For student, The minimum eligibility criteria to join Rama University in Kanpur is a 10+2 from a recognised board. The addmission would be on the basis of scores attained or marks secured in the entrance examination. The entrance examination is mandatory and is different with respect to different courses. Like for general courses you have to give CUET conducted by NTA. For B.Tech & engineering courses you have to give JEE. For MBBS, you have to give NEET.

Yes, Rama University Kanpur is approved by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh, the University Grants Commission (UGC), AICTE, also recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the Dental Council of India (DCI), the Indian Nursing Council (INC), and the Medical Council of India (MCI).

As it offers courses related to these organising bodies like B.Tech, MBBS, BDS etc. for which it requires approval from these governing bodies apart from general courses offer by this university.
