To get admission in IITs , you need to clear JEE Advanced with a good score. With JEE Mains score you can only apply for NITs , IIITs and other colleges only.

The timing for 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year in Virendra Swaroop is as follows:
1st year =8:30 am- 12:30 pm
2nd year =1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
3rd year = 9 am to 1 pm
1st year =8:30 am- 12:30 pm
2nd year =1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
3rd year = 9 am to 1 pm

No, you can't as Harcout Butler Technical Institute is now HBTU and hence, it starts taking admission for B.Tech courses through JEE Mains score only and not through the UPSEE.
