Yes, BMS College of Engineering allows Lateral Entry in second year of B.E. Candidates need minimum 45% in any Diploma or equivalent exam to be eligible for admission through Lateral Entry. Minimum aggregate required for ST/SC/OBC candidates of Karnataka in Diploma is 40%.

Yes, BMS College of Engineering B.E. admission is open. Candidates can apply on official website for admission through Management Quota. The KCET 2026 mock round option entry portal was open till Jun 30, 2026. On the other hand, COMEDK UGET counselling registration window for the BE/BTech course is also closed.

To be eligible for Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, students must have Master's Degree with 55% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade. For final admission, candidates must appear for PhD Online Test for admission, followed by Personal Interview and SOP. Fellowships from CSIR-UGC NET JRF, DST-INSPIRE Fellowship, DBT-JRF, GPAT, ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship, WISE-PhD (or equivalent) are also considered.
