Some popular courses at Central University of Kashmir include Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration, BALLB, M.Ed, and LLM. However, the university offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs under different streams, including Science, Technology, Education, Social Sciences, and others. The university has a placement cell that organizes various activities to prepare students for placements, and around 50-60% of students got placed in various courses.

According to central University of Kerala NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during Central University of Kerala PG 2-year placements 2023 stood at INR 3.26 LPA. Earlier, the University has not released the official placement data for the year 2023. However, the NIRF report 2023 is out on the official website. As per the report,  234 PG (2-year) students were placed during the 2022 drive.
