Yes, you can do ACCA. But, I won't suggest you this course.
As ACCA is completely an accounting course, whereas MBA is a Management Course.
And, if you really want to do ACCA, you have to do B.Com.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University is one of the oldest technological university that has been in India and has been offering many courses.
