Did you get a rank displayed as per the result for your paper 2?
The cut-off given was that for those who qualified to write JEE Advance. Rank will be given even if you qualify or not.
According to me, 220 in paper 2 is good and you will get admission in nits. Only that you can apply for architecture branch. For other branches they consider the paper 1 rank. If you apply for architecture the rank of paper 2 will be considered.

In 2018 Admission is through counselling based on the score obtained in JEE Advanced and 12th score of 75% marks. Seats Available :-
B.Tech. (Aerospace Engineering) = 60
B.Tech. (Avionics) = 60
Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M. S. /M.Tech. ). = 20
For Gen category 20%, for OBC 18% and for SC/ST 10% in JEEadv to be eligible to get shortlisted for selection for admission, so more you score more chance to get selected for admission.
