BRIM Kochi conducts term exam at the end of each semester. Students need to secure a minimum of 50% marks in each subject in the written examination and at least 50% marks in aggregate including internal assessment marks for passing in theory subject. The minimum marks for a pass for social projects, internship projects final projects and viva-voce are also 50%.

BRIM Kochi provides Alumni Scholarship Programme to students. Under this scholarship, an amount of INR 10,000 is offered to selected students who are nominated members of the Bhavans MBA alumni committee.
