One can pursue courses in banking certification/ Diploma/ PG level. You can explore about courses by NSE/ BSE/ IIBF/ Ministry of corporate affairs / PG Diploma by ICICI etc. Also you can explore MBA ( Banking ) NIBM Pune, MBA ( finance) from reputed b school. Bangalore & Kochi only have a location difference - The pedagogy, teaching, curriculum, course content, placement and admission are common.

It is 2 years in general but depends particularly on the institute/university. I would suggest IGNOU.

You can apply to XIME and Xavier University using your CMAT score and the cutoff is around 80 percentile. On the other hand XLRI accepts only XAT and GMAT scores.
