April 10th was the last date of application for admission. There is no information on the extension of this date, yet you can contact the University for the Information.

The admissions take place in 2 sessions- in January and July. At present, admissions are going on. So you can apply. The last date has not been announced yet.

Scholar Rahul has already made your choice pretty evident. I would just like to add a few more pointers to the same. You can work with other freelance HR consultancy firms, to gain experience and there is no dearth for people who have set up HR consultancy on freelancing mode. Also, you can take up online HR teaching and / or training.

You cannot get admission in any of the colleges.

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University conducts its admissions in the month of July, and only then you can apply for admission. You can check with them if they would extend the admission's deadline to August, which although is unlikely.
