BSc fees /year - Around Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000, MSc fees / year - Around Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000, MA fees per year - Around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, MPhil fees per year - Around Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000.
Assumption College:
BSc fees per year - Around Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000, MSc fees per year - Around Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000, MA fees per year - Around Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000 , MPhil fees per year - Around Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000.
Both universities charge similar prices for their hostels and mess, with the former charging between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 60,000 annually for residents living on campus

Yes, you may have get admission in PG Diploma at Manorama School of Communication with 86 percentage in MASCOM Entrance exam but it's not sure because it's cut-off is not displayed publicly. After the MASCOM Entrance tests candidates have to clear the interview round then can secure a seat at the institute. Candidates will be informed about the final result on conduction of all interviews.
