In fact, IIM-Ahmedabad goes to great length to have graduates of all possible disciplines in their class. Don't worry. BA students are also eligible for seeking admission to MBA.

You can study further studies in Agricultural Engineering, there are many universities, many programs and many specializations. If you want to do research you may opt for MSc/PhD. Scope is good in countries like Canada, Netherlands, Japan etc. Everywhere the admission requirements are different. And if you want to study abroad prepare for study abroad entrance exams.

You should keep checking it because dates change every year. Most probably it is after mid of April.

Yes, you can take admission in PAU if you have qualified ICAR.

If that university requires an entrance exam then you have to give entrance and fill the form, but nowadays, many universities are offering admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank or marks, so you have to apply for counselling of that university. Like, if u want to get any college under PTU or PU then you have to fill the online form for counselling and on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains, you will get admission.

Yes, you can appear go for those colleges which take admission on merit basis but I don't think you be able to get B.Tech or not but you can get B.Sc on the basis of 12 marks only.
