M.Tech programmes at Indore Institute of Science and Technology cost arounf INR 1.2 lakh. Further, there are a few components that are paid only once, namely one-time fees. Candidates are required to pay the M.Tech fee to confirm the admission. Candidates can pay the fee annually or semester-wise.

To secure admission to the M.Tech programme is conducted as per the admission process of the Directorate of Technical Education of Govt of Madhya Pradesh. IIST Indore M.Tech selection procedure includes counselling process. To apply to MNIT Jaipur, SPA Bhopal, and NIT Hamirpur, check eligibility criteria based on academic qualifications and required entrance exams (usually JEE Main for undergraduate, GATE  for postgraduate). Register for the exam, appear on the scheduled date, and participate in counseling.

MNIT Jaipur, NIT Hamirpur uses JEE Main and JoSAA counseling for undergraduate, GATE  for postgraduate. SPA Bhopal uses NATA and own exams for undergraduate.
