At UG level, Manipur University offers admission to BA in (Korean, Dance and Hindustani Music) and BVoc in (Food Processing & Quality Management, Retail Management & Foreign Trade and Tourism & Hospitality Management. In order to get admission to these courses, students need to pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate in the respective subjects from a recognised board.

For online counselling regsitration for CUET UG, students need to visit the official website of Manipur University and register themselves by using CUET Application No. (User Id) and CUET Exam Roll No (as Password). Further, aspirants also need to submit the documents for verification and pay an application amount of INR 300 for General, while INR 200 for reserved category candidates.

Manipur University accepts admission to various courses either through CUET or Manipur University Entrance Test (MUET). Students who are qualified through either of the mentioned exam are eligibile to apply. The university accepts admission on its 50% seats through CUET, while the remaining 50% seats are filled with the qualifiers of MUET.

Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) offers 16 undergraduate, 18 postgraduate, diploma in medical biotechnology, and doctoral courses in all fields. SMIT requires applicants to have obtained at least 55% of the possible points in their final recently qualifying exam in the relevant field to get to be admitted. Still, for B.Tech programs, the candidate's performance in the SMIT entrance exam or other recognized entrance examinations, for example the JEE/MET/SMIT Online Test, and for M.Tech programs, the candidate's performance in the SMET test or a valid GATE score, determines the admission process.
