IIM Shillong's admissions procedure is highly competitive, with the total cutoff changing each year based on criteria such as candidate pool quality and seat availability. Here's some information about the cutoff for M.A. in Sociology at North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Shillong:

"To be eligible for admission to NEHU Shillong's M.A. in Sociology, you need to have at least 50% marks in your Bachelor's Degree or Masters' Degree in Science/ social sciences humanities, commerce."

The university accepts the Central University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) as the entrance exam for admission to postgraduate programs.

The NIT Meghalaya M.Tech course admission is subject to the fulfilment of eligibility and selection criteria. As per official sources, to be eligible, candidates must have passed a BE/BTech degree in a relevant discipline with a 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% aggregate for Gen/Gen-EWS/OBC, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% aggregate for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
