With that low score, unfortunately, it is impossible to get into a decent college anywhere in India. I suggest you reattempt CAT and/or other exams, and aim for a much higher score. Good luck!

You are interested to take admission in MBA in Finance.
Fir admission in top rated B School of country, you need to crack CAT, XAT, and high score in GMAT.
After getting high crack GP, PI, WAT and other test procedure by these B-Schools. After that, get an admission.
