Hi,
IHM Mumbai is any day better than IHM Bhubaneshwar. IHM Mumbai is one of the best college for hotel management in the country. The college offers very good exposure, the faculty is very good and the college offers great placement opportunities.
It has claimed that 40% of general managers and executive Chefs in the industry are alumni of IHM Mumbai.

Yes, you can get admission in Amity University by filling Amity application form and taking a test on the day of the interview. However, a minimal score of 50% is required in graduation.
