There is no university which provides lateral entry for a correspondence course. You can check the same from the college you wish to take admission in if they can allow you.

First of all, scoring good marks is not only based on the timetable. Each and every day you will be having different situations. So, I suggest that you should revise the portion which you have been taught on daily basis.
