Welingkar Mumbai has more courses in their campus when compared to Bangalore.
Apart from that, the course structure is almost the same.
The difference comes in faculty, pedagogy of teaching, events and seminars, and companies for placements.

SP Jain Institute is one of the reputed institute of India and if you are getting scholarship then you may go for it. Although American you can pursue but better would be to go for graduation from India and then if you want you can pursue Post Graduation from other countries. You will definitely get a good exposure at SP Jain Institute.

Hello Antarik,
Last year, opening & closing for aeronautical engineering in IIT-B was about 900 & 1800 respectively. I guess this will remain. So, this year too since in the world nothing has changed much. But try to score as much as you can, dream for the best not for worst case scenario.
